We have a 7 day refund policy, which means you have one week after receiving your item(s) to request a refund.

Due to the nature of apparel being hand crafted and made to order, we can only replace items if they are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

We believe in providing quality products and exceptional customer service.  If there is a quality issue with your order, send us an email at info@fartswithin.com immediately with the following information:
-Order Number
-Photo of the product

There is no need to return defective or damaged goods unless advised by a member from our support team.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We do not offer returns for fitting issues.  Please refer to our size charts to help make the best decision before purchasing.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.  If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
